Dont bother!

Dont bother!! If your order is wrong and you request refund or reorder they flag your account even though not your fault and they won't help you ever again if it happens again wasted so much money order everyday loyal customer and now get screwed they messed my order up twice in a row and refused to fix it or refubd My money even restraunt manager called them saying its not my fault and they have terrible customer service. If you don't want to lose money and either not receive order or get wrong one or missinf items don't order door dash they a bunch of theives hope they get shut down reporting this to the news as well since they've taken over $100 of my money and I got nothing !!!!

Poor service (never delivered, no refund)

I called the store i ordered from and they said it happens alot with doordash that orders dont get delivered. It wouldnt be so bad if you hadnt paid for it along with delivery fee, tip, and taxes. Do not use ever

Waited for almost two hours for my food…

Waited for almost two hours for my food when it was supposed to be only 30 mins. Food never showed up so I contacted DoorDash and they did nothing to help or compensate and I spent 30$ On food that never came. The customer service is ridiculous. The reference number they gave me is 205942532. Which i don’t know what it does. All I’m asking for is to be refunded, or compensated because I just spent 30$ on food that I never received.

Half the time they don't deliver

Half the time they don't deliver. I've gotten excuses like "I spent too long on this delivery already," "You should call DoorDash for help," "Your roommate said it was the right place."

Dodgy, Wastes time, Does not fix any issues

Contacted them yesterday as I was unable to place an order on my account. The customer service rep was not very helpful, just copying information from the FAQ's, asking me to resinstall the app use a different card, use the app not the website, all of which I tried prior to contacting support, but for arguments sake I did all again to no avail. I asked for a refund of credits since I cannot use them, I was told no refund and I can use credits. If I cant place an order I cant use credits. They were not interested in helping me resolve my problem. After an hour of going back and forth they told me that it was my bank blocking payments and I need to contact my bank. I asked if that is the case then why arent cant I use my Paypal account, if my bank was the issue then using Paypal or google play as a payment method should work, but it didn't. The rep said they cannot check paypal, so how is it you can check my bank but not my Paypal, should you not have access to the information for both payment methods? Also why did you wait an hour to then check what the issue was and proceed to tell me I need to contact my bank, this should have been check immediately when I contacted customer service with an issue. The point of contacting customer service is for them to see what the issue is.
To add, I cant delete my account with doordash. I am required to complete a 2-step verification however the code never gets sent to my phone and there is no option to send the code via email. However, when I logged into my account and was required to complete 2-step verification the code was sent to my phone straight away. So now I cant place orders as none of my payment methods work and I also cannot delete my account.

They dont deliver ur food and cant get ahold of the driver they probably eating ur food they should always take a pic it should b a requirement

Another bad tech company with a nonexistence in customer service, what’s new right?

To make a long story short, my account was deactivated because apparently you can’t make multiple orders from two different restaurants with the same credit card. I tried to reach out with customer service but like clockwork was introduce with the same “You will be contacted through email” spiel, and heaven forbid if you use the chat option for anymore assistance on these kinds of matters.
Overall, horrible experience, and will never again use Doordash again.

charged $9.99 without consent

I only used the app once this year. And they charged me with 9.99 monthly fee. They can keep the money. I just deleted my account today.

Horrible

Horrible, wonder how this trash company still Open.
These MFkers literally eat your food my order never arrived the delivery guy ate it. FU.

These guys suck!

I gave them one star because I couldn't give them 0. This service sucks beyond belief. The drivers are illiterate and the so called customer service is a joke. They simply can't get an order right. I'm never using these morons again.

Bad Service

The pass few times I ordered through door dash; the service was bad. Driver(s) forgot part of my order and took forever to get here. I received a text stating your dasher is approaching and 20 mins later; still no food. Some drivers were not friendly either.
